Tawnya Wilkins

Tawnya Wilkins is an influential leader and dedicated and esteemed business coach with more than twenty-five years of experience in human resources, project/ program management, leadership development, mentoring, and event planning. Tawnya is currently pursuing a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership at the University of Phoenix. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, a minor in Business Law from Troy University in Troy, Alabama. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Marketing and a Business Psychology concentration from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 

Lastly, in addition to pursuing her formal education through advanced degrees, she holds numerous certificates and certifications as an Achieve Global Facilitator, Event Planner, Certified Trainer, EEO / AA Investigator, and Change Management Professional. Tawnya is also a qualified administrator and certified practitioner for assessment tools, including MBTI Step I and Step II, 16pf, EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, CPI 260, FIRO-B and FIRO Business, and the Strong Interest Inventory.
